Slow printing speed, but quality is good Print quality is good, but print speed too slow. I printed 150 pages black n white . Most of the pages were having just words no image, still it took almost 1 hour

A disappointment to install and use. Bought 2 and thought it a good deal, and good idea at the time. An absolute disasted to install and get working. Tried the help line and the Ai assist was absolutely hopeless. Extremely slow and repeating past information given. Finally got to a real person. ...

Good reliable printer Purchased this printer a few weeks ago and so far so good. The only thing we didn’t check is that it does not do double sided and our last very old printer did this. We should have checked. Other than that it does a good job. Easily installed and works well.

HP printers get the job done! I called HP when I needed a new printer because I had one in my home for years and I had worked with HP printers on many job sites. They are easy to set up and use immediately.

Hp Smart Tank The HP Smart Tank is nice, the print quality isn’t as good as my last printer. Some of the parts seem cheaply designed and the display system isn’t as user friendly.

Printer A dissapointment to find out that the paper loader is on the outside and other functions as double side printing is a annoyance. Apparently I picked a printer for kids. No USB cable came with the printer, and it took almost two days to get it operational.
