mal producto hace cuatro meses compre unos audifonos y en ese poco tiempo el bud derecho dejo de funcionar... Me podrian asesorar si existe garantia, o algun servicio de refacciones o reparacion autorizado? Si no lo existe la realidad es que mi experiencia fue sumamente negativa

Surprisingly disappointed.. I bought these because I was in need of new headphones and I love JBL speakers. However, I’m surprisingly disappointed with the product. The sound quality is great but the tapping features to pause/play/skip etc do not work, I eventually give up and have to use my phone...

Very annoying! I purchased the vibe buds because I love my JBL FLIP bluetooth speaker so I thought I would like these. Mistake! They frequently cut out for less than a second for absolutely no reason. It happens so often that it becomes very annoying.

Do Not Buy Any time you touch anywhere near the buds they disconnect phone call. Tried to use the app and it is useless.

Don’t recommend I wasn’t satisfied with my earphones. Every time I play videos/music it cuts off and on. They’re also not comfortable to wear. I personally wouldn’t get these again.
