Great for raw! We use these feeders for feeding our cats their raw food. We se them up when we know we aren’t going to be home in time to feed them at their exact dinner time or even if we plan on going out before their feeding time, they have saved us from having to leave the functions so early!

Does it's job I have 2 of these for my cats. It does it's job well, haven't had any issues with it not working at feed time.
