watch is a waste of money. I dislike this watch and I put it on . did not like it functioned buttons were very difficult to operate. it finally ceased to communicate with my phone and would not restart. I returned it it's in in a week.

I liked my old Instinct watch much better. didnot have as much unwanted info on it. Plus can hardly read the info on the watch because it is so small, I need to put on glasses. plus I really don't know how to use it. Been trying to firgure out how to get rid of stuff on the watch I don't use.

Time face number needs to be more pronounced. This is my second Garmin. My last one was a solar. It functions the same. If I had a wish it would be to make the time display brighter and darker to see the numbers better.

Instinct E -45 is an awoke watch! The Instinct E - 45 is great watch. It rs very accurate, easy to set up, and use. I used You Tube videos to acquainted myself with the watch and learn the different functions. It has been a great upgrade from the Fitbit I used fir quite shimmering.

Enhanced from older Instinct watches An enhancement from the last Instinct watch that I owned. I like the automation and classifications for working out. I still in discovery mode regarding adding other work areas, like flying.

Awesome watch My wife bought me the Instinct E for father’s day. I really like it. I had the original Instinct for 5 years and I really liked it. The Instinct E is a great upgrade from the original. I really like it!

I ran 5 miles with the watch today it was connected to my Garmin app and the watch told me my time every mile I ran through my headphones. I really appreciate SHEELS for setting the watch and connected to my Garmin app. I really enjoy my Garmin instinct watch.
