Great Printer experience This printer is excellent. I already had a hp account so it wasn’t hard to set up and sync with my instant ink account. It’s worked 100% with wifi since set up and I really like the document feeder feature for scanning multiple documents and copying. Would recommend.

Hp Envy Printer works fine, ink is outrageously priced with no option to purchase off brand ink that is more affordable. Cheaper to buy a new printer than buy ink! Shame on you.

The title, says it all it really can do everything that is needed. I like that I got help setting the machine up. I do not like that. The arm does not go out for the paper shoot. Usually the papers end up on my floor.

Good little printer It a good basic printer and does everything well, but I wish it had other programs and processes like reduction and enlargement, and I can’t seem to make it scan with my iPad. Also I spend over an hour replacing 2 cartridges. Why are these so difficult? I gave away a 13 year...

Prints great but connectivity is unreliable It works great but scanning to email and cloud works intermittently

Not pleased at all It keeps giving me an error saying that there’s a problem with my app and it’s going to stop printing. It is utterly ridiculous that printing should depend on an application in the first place. I would never buy this again!

Issues setting up In the end I didn't really need a new printer. It would appear it could be an issue with the apps compatibility with Windows 10. Now it is a 2 step print process. The HP support person did a great job and spent nearly an hour on the phone getting both printers up and running. ...

It’s an average printer Printing is very slow. I purchased another less expensive printer for home at the same time and it much much faster. This one is probably the slowest printer I have owned. But the quality is good.

Easy set up Extremely easy to set up and use. Smooth operation although the on/off button would be better suited on the front to avoid accidentally leaving it switched on. Note to self, train husband better!

Not working anymore Very disappointed because the printer worked for a couple o f months and all of a sudden it stopped working. It says it need to be set up but nothing is working dafter I have tried several times to set it up again.

Great to have a new HP Printer It's taken a little exploring to figure out the WiFi connection issue after opening the paper tray, but I think I have it figured out and I'm happy with the product.
