Décevant Difficile à paramétrer. Impression via téléphone compliquée il faut passer systématiquement par l’appli et synchroniser régulièrement les appareils. Temps de réaction de l’imprimante lente. Impression via pc idem

Excellent print Excellent print. Had to get a friend to set it up. There are two print heads for colour and black and also two ink tanks that go in under an orange lever opposite.

Top printer! De printer is snel geleverd en voldoet aan alle genoemde functies. Ik ben tevreden met de aankoop, de print is stil en gemakkelijk te gebruiken. Het kan worden afgedrukt via de app op mijn smartphone of computer.

Disaster Installation was long and convoluted. Print time was unacceptably, long especially for a miniscule Excel document - hours in this case. Returned the 5101 and purchased an Office Jet Pro 9135e.

Printer needs better software. The printer works great. It was easy to set up even with the tank option. However, the software was confusing and did not set up easily. I was hoping for a better experience with the AI printing.

Printer A dissapointment to find out that the paper loader is on the outside and other functions as double side printing is a annoyance. Apparently I picked a printer for kids. No USB cable came with the printer, and it took almost two days to get it operational.

Bcsports It was a nice looking printer. But it wasn’t compatible with my new HP computer. It was compatible with my iPad. It should have been the other way. I sent it back to HP.
