Overly complicated I had the previous version of this printer. 8020. The new model is so complicated I cannot get it to work. I downloaded the app and says drivers not installed. I’m not technical but this should have been an easy task. I cannot print a thing and still looking for someone to help...

Gestochen scharf Egal ob drucken, scannen oder kopieren. Der Druck - ob schwarz-weiß oder farbig ist immer gestochen scharf. Das Einrichten der Scan-Funktion hat mich etwas Zeit gekostet. Aber nun funktioniert alles bestens. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Half works It started out working just fine in the beginning, then after the first week it prints when it wants to. Now all of a sudden it prints and then cancels before it finish printing. But works great when it does print

Hard to setup. Make setup easier. So you don’t have to get online to do it. Trying to scan multiple pages is hard. Sometimes it locks up between pages.

Found out printer doesn’t work once you stop buying ink This printer was given to me as a gift. Only to find out that the printer will not work after print membership runs out. I received 1 free ink but never got my next month of ink. The printer itself works good and prints nicely.

I don't recommend. I want my 6968 back. My old 6968 printer folded so I went with it's replacement, 8125e. I've never had a printer take so long to print anything. It sits and cycles on and on. And you have to open the drawer to add a check to print where as the 6968 you just put the check or ...

Easy set up and very easy to use along with great print quality. Easy set and use for many different printing and scanning functions. The on-line features are great and makes printing from multiple devices easy.
