Disappointed This was purchased to replace my old HP printer. It is very slow taking 20 seconds to start printing, also it has problems printing items direct from the Internet.

Not easy! The control touch screen is too small. My printer sometimes loses contact with my wifi router. I then have to put in the 16 digit password again. It’s impossible to put in the multiple letters upper/lower case letters and numbers without touching the wrong one. Why no ‘built in’ office ...

The only thing I’m not happy with was the ink s...

A great printer I don’t print a lot so this small printer was ideal for my requirements. I don’t find it the easiest to use but the price was excellent so I’m happy to persevere!

Great printer. Easy to use. It’s easy setup. Easy to use and the printing is very clear. It’s our second HP printer and the ink subscription is excellent value.

Some initial setup problems The initial setup on my phone went well but I ran into problems setting up my pc. Every time the pc was shut down, connection would require re-setting at start up. Even then printing was difficult with connection drop-outs and I am unable to leave the printer in stand-b...

First class service I have used instant ink for my last two printers and I find it an excellent service, I have only renewed my printer because the previous one started to be a little troublesome.
