Mouse jumpy I like the keyboard, but the mouse movement is jumpy and sometimes needs a nudge before it starts moving.

Most important that serial no not able to trace... While operating start it was very soft and some keys of Keyboard was not working, even after some days some keys still not working...

The product is good, but the warranty is unknown. Keyboard is ok, but the mouse is not smooth as expected. Moreover, while registering the product, the warranty status shows "Unknown".
