Defective Model The holster that holds the cube, cracked after the third use. Customer Service, thus far has not been helpful. I've been a loyal Therabody customer for years, purchasing several Theragun models, PowerDot, Recovery Therm Products, and Recovery Boots to name a few. Very dissatisfied ...

Quite Surprised I love implementing contrast therapy into my recovery but this has made it so much easier, cleaner, and the ability to pinpoint is key.

Can’t buy replacement strap or plastic clips My plastic clip broke and I was hope to buy a replacement part. They said they couldn’t do that and didn’t offer any kind of help to buy a new one.

The device provides great temperatures The device provides great temperatures and is highly mobile. I’ve found it comfortable to strap to my calf and thighs. It’s easy to use in almost any location. Instructions and use is intuitive. It’s changed how I recover from work outs. It does need charging...

My product would not turn My product would not turn on. I tried to charge it several times. I used several different cords and it doesn’t work. Great product in theory but seems to be something wrong with the functionality. I emailed support and have yet to hear back.

Not very effective It's such a small area that it cools or heats, and that limits its effectiveness. I.e. I bought this to use after an ankle surgery and in no way whatsoever does it chill the entire ankle, only a small square on one side. And although it heats well, the cooling is not cold enoug...

Fast cold and heat Works great helped my husbands knee feel better. Helped my neck pain too. The cold gets cold like a bag of ice crazy
