    I didn't know the Imaging Drum also need to replace. After the replacement, the print out is as good as the new one. Although the unit price is experience, it can be used almost a year, I think it is quite fair enough.

    I replaced the imaging drum because the orange light was blinking. but the orange light is still on solid. Why is the light still on?

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I order the toner, but it was a drum. I replaced and it was working fine. However, the old one is still good, so I put back the old one on the printer.

    I am glad I did not need this HP 32A right away. Quite a delay from order to ship but they paid for a faster delivery.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While local retailers in my city either said the roller was out of stock or they did not carry it, HP made the selection, ordering, receiving and installing hassle free and fast. I would buy online again.

    Fantastic product - fixed a printer that I was about to throw away due to numerous printing issues. The new imaging drum completely restored the printer to a like new capacity. Very happy results.
