Coffee is ok but not very hot and the milk frother has stopped working. Bought this machine about 3 years ago. Milk frother stopped working and it went back for repair. It then promptly stopped working again.

Junk Machine appears to have a mind of its own. Cappuccino is more like a macchiato in size, capsule size is really only suitable for making espresso shots. Cannot find any meaningful instructions online. What a disaster.

Disappointed Purchased this machine after using the previous model. The milk container drips milk in the fridge and the settings aren’t great, it hardly fills the cup If you customize I setting as soon as you descale it or turn it off at PowerPoint it wipes it. The previous model was a lot better.

Reliable, fast and great variety of coffees available I've had this machine for over 2 years and it's been excellent. Great variety of options for fast delicious coffee. Easy to clean and looks and works great.

INCONSISTENT MILK SYSTEM Didn't even have the machine for 1 month and it started to be inconsistent with milk volume or no milk at all when making multiple coffees. Had to send back for repair. Repairer didn't state what the problem was and we've had it back now for 3 days and the same problem is ...

Disappointed Very disappointed with this machine. Cannot get good froth on any setting. Final product is also barely warm. Unfortunately there are no other options for a pod machine with milk attachment.

Immer gut für 5 Jahre Tolle Maschine. Ist schon unsere dritte in Folge. Hält immer genau 5 Jahre, dann beginnt sie undicht zu werden. Bis dahin liefert sie täglich viele Tassen leckeren Kaffee.

Tricks of the trade I purchased this machine about 5 months ago. Found it complicated at first and even had to get support from Nespresso at one stage which turned out to be a minor issue. I have discovered that if I put the milk jug full of milk with the dispenser attachment into the fridge hours...

Delicious coffee but poor milk frothing We’ve had our machine for a while but have been unhappy with the quality of milk frothing. Also the tap drips water into the coffee prior to frothing.
