The Cricut pens arrived later than the delivery date Cricut gave me. When they arrived many of the pens were dried out, they seemed like they’d been sitting in the wear house too long. Almost like they are dry. They work then they stop working. I am finding it very frustrating the first time I used them they worked for the first few letter then they stopped. Well I think all the items I ordered were good although my purchasing experience was top notice crap.In placing order with fault on your side I feel I ended up paying for shipping your mistake back.I will be hesitant to order from you any time soon.
