Handle never gets hot [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good durable frying fan. Perfect size to get everything done at once. Heats up well. My major concern before buying was the handle would get hot but it never did. Cleaning was an ease.

Great pan [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First it's heavy and I like steel pans because they cook the food evenly. And it was true that the handle did not get hot, which I liked. After I cooked my steaks, I washed and was as clean as it was at first, so I love this pan.
