Initially very impressed but after about six months wifi connectivity started playing up. The nest finally failed to connect at all to wifi. Without wifi the nest is just a very expensive nice looking room stat!!!

Orverall I would recommend. If your going away and want to set the Nest to hold a constant temp, it’s very cumbersome. Something the temp changes when the house has t heated or cooled enough.

Got it fitted by professional electrical. Did not work at all. Tried to set the heating to high, came back it was still cold. It required to reach that temp in 2 hours or so. Could not turn thermostat on straight away for instant heating in end due to ni getting went back to old thermostat. Cost me ...

I absolutely love my Nest Thermostat. Set up was simple. It learns the habits of how we warm and cool our house. It goes into an Eco Mode while we're away. The design is excellent. Works with my smart speaker. And the app is very easy to use. I'm happy that I purchased this thermostat!
