Audio quality for such an expensive device isn't great, it's not comfortable to wear and I've gone back to my Plantronics C5200.

I have always been a Plantronics user for years and never had a problem . This unit power button has actually failed through normal wear and tear so I cannot turn it on or off. What a disappointment.

I love the sound quality, but the set is dropping, then beeping and reconnecting a lot. Hopefully this issue will be fixed int eh next firmware update? Doesn't happen with my old Voyager, so I have gone back to it.

Easily connected to my pc, desk phone and mobile phone. Generally quite intuitive to set up. One odd thing: when I put the earpiece into the office base, the base starts beeping. I just go the unit this afternoon and it has been beeping for quite a while now.
