You need to read the instructions first to get started on the process that suits you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the mask for a couple of weeks, and so far so good! While you can leave your eyes open, I choose to close them and take 9 minutes to listen to a podcast or meditate. The accompanying massage is super relaxing.

I really like this product — the quality and design look much more premium compared to others I’ve seen. It definitely stands out. The only downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side, but overall, it’s worth it DEFINITELY helps with skin texture and firmness. I notice after the 9 minutes... Very easy to incorporate the TheraMask into my night routine. 9 minutes to cycle through the entire session and very pleased with the built-in massager(face/head).
