Problem in filter Aftr 1 week.. Filter smelled vry bad.. N Philips engineer said.. U have to change both filter.. Bcoz of fungus its smell.. N filter not com in warranty.. New product has this kind of problem.. No solution comes aftr so many call..

Not Evene once it cleaned my room air - it shows red always From the time I had bought this product its showing red , inspite of closing all the door and windows , its been a month, I never saw the purifier showing blue color as clean air, its always showed red.

Faulty units received 2 faulty units within 1 week where on both units the power button did not work and on the one unit turbo mode made the unit shake. The second unit was received as a replacement when upon testing the power button did not work and had to Switch on/off using the main plug.

VERY POOR PERFORMANCE This Air-purifier started stinking just after a few days' use. The Engineer came and asked us to keep it in the sun for a while. Nothing happened. It still stinks and we are unable to use it. Money down the drain.
